You'll have to resist the temptation of typing your notes. Now you can focus on reading the patient history while asking them questions for the scribe to chart for you 😊
One of the biggest benefits is that you now focus on giving your patient the attention they want and need.
Some fields like their prescriptions, ICD10 codes still require manual entry. You always "review" what the scribe has transcribed, and it's crazy accurate.
Perform orthopedic tests and speak out loud the results, mention what acupuncture points you used on which side of the body, their TCM diagnoses, and so much more.
Design Improvements
Our recent user experience upgrades received overwhelmingly positive feedback. There are too many to mention, but here are some honorable mentions:
There are new "dots" on the schedule that signify if a visit has unpaid balances, no charges, a tentative note, or no soap note. Now with a glance you can see the actions that need to be done.
To enhance compliance, patients are now prompted to complete their health forms before exiting if any information is missing.
Glance at the color of the "Bell icon" 🔔 for notifications in the patient chart and correct them - Green means all on, Red means all off, yellow means partially-on and gray means never enabled.
iPad users! There are now "Show/hide" buttons in the lower left corner of the chart and settings pages giving you a better view to hide content. Try 'em out!
Optimizations!
These aren't "sexy" but they make a difference, and our team has been working hard to make things quicker. Our unique feature where you complete your soap note and the invoice/superbill/claim are generated in real time while you're taking care of that inherently means fewer clicks. Please know that improving these performance upgrades to our platform as we scale is our number one priority right now ✨

Now create custom patient email notifications per service - "Initial treatment" appointment reminders get one message and "followups" get another.
