We are introducing "Doctor Mode" today!
While you are in a practitioner note, click "Record Audio Files for AI Scribe" and choose to use your computer or tablet's microphone, or even better--scan a QR code to use your phone's superior microphones and then just talk away and watch as the note is charted. You get to review the content for accuracy, but what's most impressive is that it can identify which fields to use, so everything is organized neatly.

"Problems" are identified, the "severity", tongue/pulse assessments, women's health conditions, etc. We will offer support for more indexes like Acupuncture Points and CPT codes in the near future, so you can chart the entire note through dictation.
Coming soon: "Conversational Mode" where AI Scribe can chart based on the conversation between patient and practitioner. It will distinguish between the patient's voice and write, "Patient reports..." before their transcribed material đ

Registration
You can now send registration links to patients via text message in addition to email for those patients who don't use email frequently.
Patients (and staff) can now login with their Google accounts. They can switch over to this new method as well. This will reduce friction for patient registration. đ
Schedule
The schedule now supports "Add-On's" to appointments such as acupuncture with massage, for example. Patients can also add-on services when booking online.
You can also create services that do not require a practitioner, such as "Sauna" or "LED Therapy" and patients can also book these online.
By popular demand, you can organize all of your services into "Service Categories" such as Acupuncture, Massage, etc. This will make them easier for patients to find when booking online.
Filter your past appointments to show those with unpaid balances, missed charges, and tentative notes to minimize errors. You'll see the new checkboxes in the home page and appointment list.
Patient Chart
There's a new "Documents" page in the patient chart, allowing access to all of the uploads in one central location of a chart.

Get notified in Practice Notifications (the "bell icon") when patients have completed their forms.
Show (or now hide) the results of your cancellation policies in your online informed consent policies. "Edit" your policies to see the new checkbox to hide them if you like.
Quickly see if a patient has tags (icon is blue) or if they have no tags (icon is gray).
The mobile phone view got lots of upgrades â
Edits to your schedule settings (service rules, room assignment) automatically recalculate all of your existing future appointments based on new rules.
The "Written text" in your forms can now be shown in the PDF if you like, so you can ensure certain text is present in every SOAP note you write.
