We're Happy To Announce That Custom Patient Health Forms Are Here!
You can now create custom patient health forms that patients may fill out in the Patient Portal.
On the "Patient Health Forms" settings page, you can edit the default version of what patients may already fill out online, and you can also create new health forms for your patients to complete.
Want to add any of the subjective indexes into your patient's health history forms? All of that is possible now, and if you've built any "custom indexes" (the building blocks for intakes and now patient forms) you can add them to your patient forms as well. The sky is now the limit with customization for your practitioner and patient forms.
At the very bottom of the Demographics page of a patient's chart, you can select the forms you would like to send the patient, and you can request patients fill these forms out as many times as you like.
Some other noteworthy updates
Check out the "Drawing Index" that you can add to your Practitioner Intakes. Head over to the "Practitioner Intakes" settings page and edit your intakes to add the new drawing index. Draw on the default image or upload your own.
If you have Stripe Credit Card integration activated, you can now require patients to store a credit card on file in the Patient Portal before they may book an appointment with you, if you desire. And if you don't want to require this, you can still allow patients to add credit cards on file in the portal as another option. Set that up in the "Miscellaneous Billing" settings page.
There's a new shortcut to "save and view invoices" from the intake. More shortcuts added, and new ones incoming!
You may have noticed that you can add a patient "Communication" when viewing an appointment from the schedule, in addition to adding a simple "note." The difference is, 'communication' notes go into their medical record.
