Auto Saving, Two-Way Messaging & More!

We hope you've been enjoying the "Google Doc-like" experience of intakes with our new auto-saving feature. Everything is saved as you go, and then automatically sync'd to your visit/invoice/superbill. We're super proud of our engineering team that was able to accomplish this! 🎉

Two-way HIPAA-compliant patient messaging is here as well. Staff can message patients and patients can message the practice. Look for the "envelope" icon in the upper right corner of the screen to navigate to the "message center" where you can read messages, compose them and reply. Note that all staff members (receptionists, managers, etc.) can view these messages and reply to the patients. There's an email and text notification you can turn on every time you receive a message from a patient in the "Staff notifications" settings page. We'll improve the messaging features even more with the ability to add attachments soon and some other goodies. 

Some other noteworthy updates

  • A phone number is now required for patients who book online.

  • You can now upload audio and video files into a patient chart so that you can listen and view them later.

  • You can hide deleted appointments on the schedule, and you can enable this from the "gear icon" in the schedule.

We're working with some experts in the field to build custom patient health forms and practitioner intakes, thank you to those who have referred colleagues of ours! As we help specialists share their knowledge with our community, these forms will help you continue to become better practitioners ✨
