Hand-off, Form Automation, Rooms & More!

You might have seen the new "hand-off" feature, allowing patients to sign documents, fill out patient health forms or complete any actions from the patient portal on one of your devices in the office. Just click the "hand-off to patient" button in a patient chart, it's always available at the bottom of the demographics page. 

We allow you to build any "patient health forms" you can imagine, sending notifications to patients which prompt their completion, and now you can automate which forms patients get prompted to complete based on the services they choose when appointments are made. Want patients to fill out your custom "health history form" every time they book a followup treatment? Create this automation from the "services" settings page, and you can even prompt patients to complete forms for the "first appointment and every 4th appointment" or whichever interval you choose.
