After months of hard work, we've got a big milestone accomplished... We now offer Insurance Billing to help you process insurance claims directly in AcuBliss.
Included in our NEW Claims Processing feature:
Produce EDI files so that you may upload them to the clearinghouse of your choice.
Manage insurance related payments easier - add in payments from insurance companies, input EOBs, write off balances, and send balances back to patients or on to secondary insurances.
Produce the HCFA claim files and keep track of authorizations. View the new Insurance Accounts Receivables Report and more!
Easily gather your patient's insurance information
You can still create 'insurance profiles' in patient charts gathering a patient's insurance information with insurance-specific questions. You can turn this feature on in the "Patient Health Forms" settings page.
Upload insurance cards directly to patient charts
Add a patient's copayment information and coinsurance percentage and the patient's balance due will be automatically adjusted.
Create and invite a "biller role" staff member to join and help you bill. This is something you might want to do if you work with a biller.
Incoming Product Updates:
We've proudly partnered with Claim.MD to integrate with their clearinghouse that will allow for easier claims processing - one click batch filing, ERA info automatically received, and electronic eligibility checks! This will be released in 2-3 weeks.
Collect your patient's insurance info, click a button, and quickly view their electronic eligibility from their insurance company. We told a user about this feature the other day and they almost flipped out! Should be a great feature if you're on the phone with them and they ask about their benefits. 😉
ERA (Electronic Remittance Advice) uploads are coming in 2-3 weeks
We're wrapping up a slick integrated Telehealth feature. Coming very soon, patients will get reminders with links to video chat. This will be released in about two weeks if not sooner.
