Patient Portal and Updates 5/17/23

NEW updates are live!

Buffer times allow you to give yourself some space after an appointment, and make the scheduling rules even more complete. Configure them from the Service Availability settings page for any services you like. You'll see the "buffer time" displayed in the schedule. 

We're proud to have partnered with Rupa Health, where you can order, track & get results from 30+ lab companies in one place. Go to your “Practitioner Intake” settings and log into your Rupa account or sign up. It’s free for practitioners, and allows you to order functional medical labs for your patients, and see the results in AcuBliss. You can also use Rupa Health’s Physician Services to recommend testing to your clients who can then order through an authorizing physician and share their results with you in Rupa. Have questions about whether or not you can order labs in your state? They’ve done a great job at onboarding, so head over to that settings page to get started.

Some other noteworthy updates

  • More customization for your Patient Portal. Add more color to your background, menu bar, and add in a photo banner to go with your logo. Here's an example of what you can do. Head over to the General Practice settings page to take advantage of the new tools!

  • Filter invoices pages by payment method

  • Customize your text reminders. Go to the Patient Notifications page to see the new fields where you can add in new messages that go out with 1st and 2nd appointment reminders

  • Your Policies settings page got easier to configure and build. Everything is now displayed in a single page layout for you to make your own

  • The optimizations continue, our team revamped the entire staff side to make it more responsive and we have a lot more performance upgrades in store

  • We've built an enterprise version for schools. If you know of a school that might be interested, please let us know! ✨

What's incoming?

  • Integrated Telehealth! No extra charge, patients will get reminders with links to video chat. This is coming very soon and if you need to, you can use a Zoom account to do this now. 

  • Treatment Summaries! Send patients home with complete summaries of what was done and your important advice for them. 

  • Gift Cards. Patient can purchase and redeem them themselves, or effortlessly gift them to others within the practice.
