Super happy to announce FullScript integration plus a lot more!

FullScript is a powerful tool that allows you to prescribe from their massive online inventory and have products drop-shipped to patients after they pay online. It lets you generate revenue from sales without the cost of inventory. Head over to Settings>Intakes>Practitioner Intakes to sign in or sign up for a free account. Your FS prescriptions will show up in patient charts and you can take action from AcuBliss without leaving the app. Super happy to be partnered with them ✨

Indexes can now be added to practitioner intakes "on the fly" with a new "Add index" button you'll see. You will also see indexes in the list of patient health forms, so you can quickly send them to patients as stand-alone forms. There's a new "Attach images" index that you can add to your Patient Health Forms, allowing patients to attach anything to their chart. 

You can reorder your patient's "preferred contact method" from the "contact info" section of their chart. Just grab the icon to change them around. 

After your patient's use the HIPAA compliant messaging system to send attachments, it's now just a few clicks now to import them into their chart. 

Resources, like "acupuncture chairs", can now be tracked in an office. You can create services that require these resources and specify the amount you have in each office. Head over to Settings>Offices to set them up. You'll see the new rule in the schedule when creating appointments. 

We've added the CAM point prescriptions into the Acupuncture points index. Now you can search for "headaches" or "abdominal pain" and those point prescriptions that have been lost in your memory will show up!

Some other noteworthy updates

  • We allow you to completely turn on and off all patient notifications. Now, if the patient or staff mistakenly turned off notifications, staff members can turn them back on. We'll still warn you to help prevent a HIPAA violation caused by going against the patient contact preferences. This gives you total control now.

  • Lots of automations like how the service is now added to the visit automatically when the patient is checked in.

  • There's a new feature allowing you to save payments and "write-off/adjust" the balance in one fell swoop.

  • Tentative items are now added to the "from history" sections of indexes.

  • We have an Updates page to show all of the past updates we've emailed you in the past.

  • You can now have up to 4 offices.
